An understanding of modern frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript, React, JavaScript, CSS, and the DOM, with at least 5 years of frontend development experience is essential. Strong ability to deliver high-quality software solutions, including production-ready code and RESTful APIs, along with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects is necessary. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, such as startups, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also important. Strong ownership and personal accountability driven by problem-solving skills, creativity, and initiative in driving projects to completion are expected. Bonus points for experience in AI, legal tech, or social impact projects.
The Fullstack Software Engineer will contribute to end-to-end AI workflows by integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications and rapidly prototyping features for customer needs. They will collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm and realize new features. Establishing best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery while leading and building user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems is part of the role. They will ensure code quality and security by delivering secure, compliant code for sensitive data and monitoring, debugging, and optimizing performance across the stack. Mentorship of team members through feedback on code and design, along with handling on-call responsibilities to resolve issues and documenting processes, will also be required.
