Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be eligible to obtain RBT certification. Prior experience working with children, particularly those with autism, is preferred, along with a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will work one on one with children to implement goals established by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating motivating learning environments. They will also be responsible for providing feedback, collecting data, and assisting with program implementation, while actively participating in clinical research and presentation opportunities.
