Candidates should possess a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism, enthusiasm for working with children, the ability to implement teaching procedures based on scientific principles, a willingness to learn and follow the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a desire for a meaningful and impactful role.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs, utilize teaching procedures to help children acquire new skills, create engaging and motivating learning environments, collect and record data related to client progress, participate in team meetings and training sessions, and provide feedback to BCBAs regarding client progress and challenges.
