Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in modern web development using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. A strong background in microservices, cloud architecture, and serverless development, preferably with AWS, is required. Solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and API design (REST/GraphQL) is essential, along with experience in automated testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery environments. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is also necessary. Experience with Redux, messaging systems like Kafka or Kinesis, or Docker are considered nice to have, as is an AWS certification or equivalent hands-on expertise, and a background in product-focused teams or SaaS platforms. Candidates must be based in Argentina and be prepared to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

The Full Stack Tech Lead will lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack. They will build cloud-native applications utilizing AWS Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, ECS, and GraphQL. Responsibilities include improving system scalability, performance, and architecture, and writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with CI/CD and test automation. The role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and guiding junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
