You will lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, ensuring the scalability and reliability of the platform. This position involves cross-functional collaboration and offers opportunities to integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Skills: Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Bonus Points: Experience specializing in AI/ML technologies, including developing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features for Healthie’s New Products.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Identify and execute high-impact projects.
• Span system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services.
• Incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
• Shape the technical direction of Healthie’s platform.
• Mentor engineers and drive innovation.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and usability of the platform.
• Align with customer needs and business goals.
• Translate complex challenges into elegant, impactful solutions.
