Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 6+ years of full-stack development experience OR Master’s in computer science or related major with 4+ years of full-stack development
Investment/financial services experience (plus)
Experience and expertise in at least one modern UI framework (e.g., Angular) required; exposure to many frameworks (nice to have)
Proficiency with Angular 18+, Typescript, Core JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS
Experience in consuming and designing RESTful APIs, and good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design
Experience using node.js and a good understanding of npm packages
Dedication to high quality, balanced with rapid pace of delivery (e.g., changes every two weeks or daily)
Experience with Monorepo / micro frontend using NX (plus)
Experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, knowledge of modern testing framework (plus)
Built robust front-end experiences and user-centered products, services, and platforms at scale
Specialist understanding and experience with the full UI development process including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, problem debugging and resolution
Understanding of Java framework to build APIs (plus)
Ability to take ownership of technology strategy and guide decisions about end user experience
Experience delivering resilient and high-quality software systems
Own the outcome by taking personal accountability to deliver strong results
Excellent facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams across geographic locations

Responsibilities

Work across domains to drive and develop next generation digital engagement experiences for clients
Develop cutting edge, best-in-class digital client and advisor experiences crucial to Fidelity Wealth’s multi-year plan
Partner and collaborate within a matrixed environment with key partnerships across Distribution and Technology teams
Support the growth and client experience for Fidelity’s Wealth business
