Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ years in Kubernetes preferred)

Expertise in Kubernetes: In-depth knowledge of concepts, architecture, and core components (Pods, Deployments, Services, etc.)
Strong understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise Kubernetes deployments
Advanced Embedded System Engineering (must-have skill)

Responsibilities

Cluster Management: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance
Container Orchestration: Manage the lifecycle of containerized applications, including deployment, scaling, updates, and rollbacks using Kubernetes features
Automation: Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Argo CD
Monitoring & Logging: Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk) to ensure system health and proactive issue resolution
Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices within Kubernetes environments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters, applications, and infrastructure, often participating in on-call rotations
Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and other IT teams to optimize workflows, improve application performance, and foster a DevOps culture
Analyze, design, and execute build systems at different levels
Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation of build systems on Kubernetes and Go and other tools
Develop build scripts in more modular, maintainable sources in a phased approach
Deliver high-quality code and contribute to project success, meeting client requirements effectively and efficiently
