Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES2023+), TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte
Expertise in Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Node.js, and MVC frameworks (Spring, ASP.NET, Laravel, Django)
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Drupal)
Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps workflows
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2+), SEO best practices, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage work, create business value, and build relationships
Experience mentoring and managing development teams

Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2+), performance optimization, reusable component libraries, and integration with APIs
Back-End Development: Application architecture, API development, database design, cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies using tools like Jest, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans
Mentorship: Provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and support junior developers
