Requirements

Expertise in data management, data manipulation, ETL and analysis using tools such as Python, R and SQL
Ability to apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets
Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Good understanding of ERP systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
English required (proficient in reading, writing, and speaking); other languages a plus
Team player mentality with the capacity to lead and contribute to cross-function initiatives
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with appreciable latitude

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL tools preferred
Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau Desktop and Server, Power BI
Good understanding of ERP systems, TMS, WMS, Snowflake preferred
Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve supply chain (SC) performance
Create and update dashboards to support visualization and analysis of supply chain optimization outputs
Build and validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions
Design and develop global supply chain key indicators and dashboards with emphasis on automation and minimal manual processing
Proactively provide insight and solutions from data, analyze trends to support regional/strategic decision making, and assist in managing strategic goals at multiple geographic levels
Apply advanced statistical analytics and predictive models to build and validate SC network models, optimize scenarios, and analyze outputs
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific SC challenges
Perform data analysis across all businesses at regional and global levels, with focus on EMEA, developing targeting metrics, utilization dashboards, and models for fulfillment KPI tracking, customer experience metrics, and strategic network design
