  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry required or other QA type experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills to complete Tyson paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems
  • Document and calculate results accurately
  • Take corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product)
  • Report results to management
  • Perform any additional assignments requested
  • Ensure personal safety and food safety
