Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in e-commerce, entertainment, or consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, visual design systems, and UX problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on e-commerce experiences — from landing pages and product detail pages to checkout and campaign microsites — that bring artist brands to life
  • Present ideas clearly and advocate for good interface and experience
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance storytelling, usability, and conversion
  • Collaborate with developers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and an exceptional end-to-end customer journey
  • Use insights from analytics, A/B testing, and fan feedback to refine and optimize store performance
  • Translate brand and album aesthetics into cohesive digital experiences aligned with campaign visuals and creative direction
  • Advocate for best-in-class UX practices, accessibility, and responsive design across all digital touchpoints
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
  • Collaborate with the wider design/motion teams to build out the ultimate fan experience and with store front developers and back end systems teams to push sites and stores into better experiences for artists and consumers
