Responsibilities

Hard Skills

  • Addressing complex architectural decisions and technical debt.
  • Providing guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks.
  • Documenting coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and evaluating their applicability.
  • Leading code review processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Soft Skills

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to unblock the team and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Actively participating in the development of frontend features and functionalities, balancing hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with the team to design and implement new user interface components.
  • Identify bottlenecks or external dependencies.
  • Navigating communication and collaboration issues within the team and with other departments.
  • Determine and manage priorities and deadlines for different work streams.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, and quality, and advocating for changes.
  • Designing and continuously improving the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 3+ years in a Team/Tech Lead role.
  • Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience in realization of architectural solutions.
  • Engineering mindset.

The Team Structure

Our staff is organized into cross-functional teams, each dedicated to a specific product. These teams typically consist of 8-12 members, including front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is guided by a Team Lead and a Product Owner. Our total team size is around 200 people, with a distributed development team across multiple countries. Our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business needs.
