Deep Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge
Modern web engineering skills
Experience with JavaScript, SCSS, JQuery, and React
Experience with Webpack, linting, and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

Own complex UX backlog items through discovery, build, and optimisation
Develop and refine shared UI frameworks, coding standards, and component libraries
Lead client-side architecture within a multi-cartridge ecosystem
Drive experimentation across Page Designer, A/B tests, and personalised journeys
Review code, pair with engineers, and run knowledge-sharing sessions
Embed DevOps and quality practices in day-to-day delivery
Contribute to product planning, OKR definition, and roadmap prioritisation
Support the on-call rota and communicate transparently with stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers
Promote innovation and pragmatic delivery, keeping the team aligned to Mindera values
