Responsibilities

  • Drive experimentation across Page Designer, A/B tests, and personalised journeys
  • Review code, pair with engineers, and run knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Embed DevOps and quality practices in day-to-day delivery
  • Contribute to product planning, OKR definition, and roadmap prioritisation
  • Support the on-call rota and communicate transparently with stakeholders
  • Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers
  • Promote innovation and pragmatic delivery, keeping the team aligned to Mindera values
