Requirements

3-5 years of industry experience developing web applications
Deep understanding of how JavaScript works
Experienced with React (must)
Experienced with large scale, cloud-based web applications
Proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components
Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, C#, and others (advantage)
Preferably a degree in computer science or similar
Enjoys having responsibility and a sense of ownership of the created product
All-around player, fast learner, and self-motivated individual
Excellent communicator and team player, with strong verbal and written skills in English

Responsibilities

Be a major part of Gong's Frontend guild with Frontend developers from all teams
Tackle hard technical problems at architecture, code, and product levels, balancing practicality, innovation, short and long term
Own the features developed, collaborating with product and UX teams from wireframes to production
Participate in architecture huddles for future code and best practices decisions
Constantly learn new things through professional lectures, workshops, and dedicated learning time
Be part of the technology team translating vision into a solid, scalable, easy-to-use SaaS product
