Job Description

We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled problem solver with experience in software development and best practices. As a member of the team, you will collaborate across teams to build scalable and efficient applications.

Responsibilities

Development and Design

• Assist in the development and design of new software applications, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other software engineers and departments to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and to implement innovative software solutions.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize software applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure all code is up to standards and compatible across platforms, including different browsers and devices.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
• Address and resolve any technical issues identified in a timely manner.

Continuous Learning

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into daily work and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Required Skills

• Have a strong grasp of Frontend technologies and real-life experiences with enterprise products
• Understanding the limitations and the scalability of problems SynMax faces every day
• Taking ownership of delivering the latest features of SynMax's product
• Ability to work with a small team and large teams if needed
• Taking a feature and being able to run it from design to production
• Being able to identify blockers and provide solutions

Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 a year
