Responsibilities
Oversee the frontline (cashiers, SCO, membership desk) in the absence of the Front End Manager
Coach, teach, and develop frontline team members to ensure excellent member service
Motivate team members for successful execution of membership programs, initiatives, and frontline operations
Monitor, drive, and coach for desired membership and member experience goals and results
Ensure all membership products are offered and member orders/requests are processed positively, timely, and efficiently
Delegate work, monitor staffing, and ensure compliance with operational standards
Provide excellent customer service to members and guarantee service excellence at all contact points
Set service standard expectations, empower teams to resolve member concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Lead teams to deliver daily GOLD club standards, including grand opening look, stocking, promotions, signage, and cleanliness
Support team member engagement, address concerns, acknowledge success, and retain top talent
