Requirements

  • Design-minded with passion for systems-level thinking
  • Experience at the intersection of engineering and design, with primary focus on technical execution
  • Ability to architect, build, and maintain scalable design systems
  • Knowledge of performance, accessibility, robust testing, observability, and responsive design standards

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable design system (React, TypeScript, Tailwind), collaborating with AI Creator and foundational team on strategic roadmap
  • Ensure component library is performant, accessible, and robustly tested to production standards (observability, accessibility, responsive quality)
  • Partner with engineers across product teams to drive adoption, integration, and delivery of best-in-class developer experience
  • Translate Figma concepts into reusable, production-ready components, owning technical implementation and component APIs
  • Prototype and test new front-end workflows leveraging AI and agentic tools
  • Mentor other engineers to elevate front-end craft and adoption of scalable systems; act as technical consultant for designers on feasibility and implementation
  • Contribute to vision of enabling product and design to ship high-quality experiences faster with less friction
