Requirements

  • Maintains facility safety through sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Maintains sales floor and merchandising per policies: zoning, stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, setting up displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering, prominent promotional displays, processing defective merchandise, sanitation/food safety, monitoring shrink/security/safety
  • Assists with club pick up orders: picking, staging per policy, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, performing audits
  • Handles, moves, displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, controls shrinkage timely; reports poor practices/low stock; uses inventory tools/equipment safely
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions/practices; notifies management of forklift issues
  • Proactively assists customers with technology services; models technology use; identifies and fixes shrink opportunities/problems; maintains equipment, organizes/stocks products correctly

Responsibilities

  • Implement action plans for policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
  • Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Receive, stock, organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
  • Acknowledge members, provide guidance/support on self-service tech, assist purchasing/locating, resolve issues, promote products/services
  • Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting/hazardous materials/steel standards procedures, correct/report unsafe situations
  • Zone area, stock/rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, set up/clean/organize displays, maintain modular integrity, receive/sort/stage/deliver merchandise, ensure prominent promotional/seasonal displays, process defective merchandise, follow sanitation/food safety policies, monitor shrink/security/safety
  • Assist picking/staging club pick up orders per policy, ensure timely staging/accuracy, perform audits
