Requirements

- Properly zones areas, stocks and rotates merchandise, removes damaged/out-of-date goods, sets up displays, and maintains modular integrity
- Receives, sorts, stages, and delivers merchandise, ensuring prominent display of promotional/seasonal items
- Processes defective merchandise and follows sanitation/food safety policies
- Monitors shrink, security risks, and safety
- Assists with picking, staging, and auditing club pick-up orders
- Handles, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely
- Reports poor inventory practices, low in-stock levels, poor/unsafe conditions, and forklift issues to management
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services
- Models technology services and helps others
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems
- Properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized/stocked correctly
- Embraces differences, creates inclusive culture, and fosters team relationships
Responsibilities
- Implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy in business processes
- Safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets using forklift
- Identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Correct shelf capacities and complete/retain required paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Acknowledge members, identify needs, provide guidance/support on self-service technology, assist with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services
- Maintain facility safety per company policies (safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling/disposal, steel standards, report/correct unsafe situations)
- Maintain sales floor/merchandising presentation (zoning, stocking/rotating, removing damaged goods, displays, modular integrity, receiving/sorting/staging/delivering, promotional displays, defective processing, sanitation/food safety, monitor shrink/security/safety)
- Assist with filling club pick-up orders, picking/staging per policy, ensure timely/accurate staging, perform audits
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage timely
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely; report issues/unsafe conditions
- Actively engage customers needing technology help; model/assist with technology services
- Identify shrink opportunities/problems with products/services/work areas and fix them
- Promptly fix equipment/product organization issues
- Create workplace of belonging, support associates, attract talent, build trusting team relationships
