Requirements

  • Experience in regulatory affairs or administrative coordination, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with ANSM procedures and French regulatory environment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (preferred)
  • Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management (preferred)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit FSC applications to ANSM in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Track and manage FSC requests, renewals, and approvals to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate and manage legalization and notarization
  • Coordinate payments and maintain accurate records of transactions and certificates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and ANSM to resolve queries and ensure compliance
  • Maintain a database of issued certificates and associated documentation
  • Provide administrative assistance to the International Quality and Regulatory Executive
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Help manage internal communications and document archiving for the Regulatory Affairs team
  • Maintain regulatory databases
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Commercial teams to align certificate needs with business priorities
  • Support audits and inspections by ensuring FSC documentation is complete and accessible
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to certificate management and regulatory support
