Candidates should be resourceful, adaptable, curious, possess a thorough understanding of restaurant operations, sound business and financial acumen, and skills in consultation, strategic coaching, compliance, and big-picture thinking. Willingness to travel is also required.
Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees, collaborating to set and achieve goals for sales, profits, and network growth. This involves coaching Franchise organizations on brand experience, same-store comp growth, and preparation for unit expansion. Responsibilities include facilitating Annual Planning and Franchise Business Reviews, tracking and interpreting data to guide Franchisee actions, supporting new restaurant builds and remodels, and facilitating communication between Franchisees and cross-functional partners. Consultants will also participate in field marketing initiatives, perform restaurant evaluations, coordinate training support, manage G&A expenses, and complete administrative functions.
