Requirements

Responsibilities

The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for achieving operational and business performance goals for their assigned franchisees, facilitating annual planning and business reviews, and aligning priority areas to drive sales, profitability, and network growth. They will coach franchisees through regular check-ins, track and interpret data to guide actions, and support franchisees in understanding and executing remodel and new store opening processes. This role involves facilitating communication between franchisees and cross-functional partners, supporting field marketing initiatives, monitoring local and regional marketing plan execution, and performing restaurant evaluations as needed. Additionally, the consultant will partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support and ensure the effective use of G&A expenses, completing all administrative functions in a timely manner.
