Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of progressive experience in Finance. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with strong Excel skills capable of complex functions. Experience with financial systems like OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView is ideal. The role also requires skills focused on customer service, responsiveness, and the ability to summarize and explain large amounts of information, including variances to budget and forecast.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst II will support monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications. This role involves preparing monthly management reports, handling ad hoc labor reporting and analysis requests, and standardizing financial reporting and analysis models for efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of cost and headcount movements, researching variances across systems, analyzing operating results, and improving reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation while maintaining service level agreements and performance metrics.
