Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably with FPGA, ASIC, or semiconductor products
  • Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, design tools (e.g., Vivado, Quartus), and applications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Experience selling into industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, or telecom (preferred)
  • Familiarity with RTL design, embedded systems, or high-performance computing (preferred)
  • Existing network of industry contacts and decision-makers (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for FPGA products and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and channel partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in FPGA applications to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior leadership
  • Work closely with marketing, applications engineering, and product management to align go-to-market strategies
  • Present technical solutions and product demonstrations to customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges
