Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or commercial finance role
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of business operations and the impact of financial decisions on business outcomes
  • Advanced technical proficiency in financial modelling, financial software/systems (e.g., SAP, Revelio, PBI), Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information and responding to stakeholder questions
  • Proven leadership abilities, initiative, and drive for change

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, sensitivity analyses, and simulations to assess risk-adjusted outcomes
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities; conduct root-cause analysis on margin compression, cost overruns, and revenue fluctuations; deliver insights via dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and Finance to align FP&A activities with business objectives, translate financial data into strategic recommendations, and maintain clear communication
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for financial systems (e.g., SAP, Revelio, PBI), ensure data integrity, standardize reporting templates, automate deliverables, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A workflows to reduce cycle times and manual effort; drive adoption of predictive analytics and machine learning for forecasting accuracy
  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts servicing multiple geographies; establish financial governance, reporting standards, and compliance protocols; foster high-performance culture and continuous learning
  • Represent the region in global FP&A forums, contribute to best practices, and support capability building
