Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM recruiting across Sales, Customer Success/Solutions, RevOps, Marketing, and more
  • Proactively source top talent, especially passive candidates in highly competitive markets
  • Partner directly with founders and GTM leaders to define hiring plans and profiles
  • Build a predictable recruiting engine, including comp packages, interview loops, scorecards, and top-of-funnel systems
  • Craft candidate experience that reflects Numeric’s bar, culture, and velocity
  • Run fast, raise the bar: iterate constantly, experiment with channels, optimize funnels
  • Champion in-person culture and shape San Francisco/New York talent presence
  • Work directly with founders and GTM leadership, run point on highest-leverage roles, and architect a world-class recruiting org from day one
