The hourly pay varies by degree level and location: for standard locations, it's $16.00 for Associate-level, $22.00 for Undergraduate, $32.50 for Graduate, and $36.00 for Doctorate; higher rates apply in select states like California and New York, up to $40.30 for Doctorate.

The role is on-site in Kalamazoo - Downtown Portage Street.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently completed a BS program in chemistry, pharmaceutics, chemical/biomedical engineering, or related field, with lab experience, equipment operation, scientific document authoring, communication skills, and matrix team collaboration.

The role involves joining an industry-leading veterinary medicine research and development team, working under supervision of senior colleagues, and collaborating with diverse scientists in matrix-like teams.

Strong candidates have a relevant BS degree enrollment or completion, lab experience, and desirable familiarity with pharmaceutical freeze-drying/lyophilization, along with effective communication and team collaboration skills.
