Responsibilities

  • Carry out operational duties on production machinery following the instructions provided in the Batch Record and current SOPs
  • Complete the Batch Record and relevant departmental documentation, evaluate them, and perform reconciliation calculations as detailed in the procedure
  • Conduct environmental inspections in accordance with the Batch Record and current SOPs
  • Review the completion details to confirm that the materials align with the requirements specified in the Batch Record
  • Conduct cleaning on production machines at the end of production activities as specified in the Batch Record and current SOPs
  • Perform inspection of injectable products as detailed in the Batch Record and current SOPs
  • Ensure the workspace is organized at the end of production activities in line with the current SOPs
  • Perform a daily inspection to guarantee the continuous presence of materials required for managing the work zone
