Responsibilities

Manage import/export operations
Receive and store production finished goods according to warehouse requirements (接收生产成品, 保管成品)
Arrange shipment of finished goods based on plans (根据计划安排发运成品)
Maintain and manage shipment documents (保持管理发运单据)
Prepare materials for shipment based on outbound plans (根据出货计划备料)
Ensure timely delivery for customer pickup (发货保证客户及时提货)
Maintain and manage shipping documents (保持管理发货单据)
Arrange handling of various materials, verify types, specs, quantities
Drive forklift to place materials neatly by type, spec, category, position (驾驶铲车按品种、规格、分类、定位摆放整齐)
Ensure materials are stacked neatly, not too high, wires not exposed during handling to prevent damage (搬运时物料要摆放整齐, 堆放不要过高, 导线不可外露)
Register and inspect finished goods container loading, use 7-point check, report abnormalities (发运成品装柜的登记和检查, 七点检查法, 异常时汇报)
Ensure accuracy of all receipts, issuances, inventory documents (保证各类收发料, 出入库等单据的正确性)
