US Non-Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate
Successfully passed FPGEE and TOEFL
Eligible to complete required US Internship hours
Successfully complete internship within 18 months
Prepared to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing required US Internship hours

Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: create heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; keep patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone; demonstrate compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
Offer to counsel, field medical questions, and solicit information on a patient’s medical history to provide optimal care, when appropriate under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Take telephonic prescriptions from the prescriber and call the prescriber to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
Maintain the highest level of self-awareness and provide in-the-moment coaching, training (incomplete in description)
Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service exceeding patient expectations
Operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of SOPs, best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions, contributing to a safe and inclusive culture
Participate in hands-on experience, training roadmap, Key Learning Experiences (KLEs), and time with district leaders to deepen understanding of pharmacy practice, patient care, business acumen, and leadership skills
