Requirements

Non-US Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate
Successfully passed FPGEE and TOEFL
Eligible to complete required US Internship hours within 18 months
Prepared to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing US Internship hours

Responsibilities

Work under direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to ensure safe and effective Retail Pharmacy environment
Focus on patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification)
Promote adoption and management of patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy
Display empathy and compassion (Lead with Heart) for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
Support Pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and decreasing knowledge gaps
Identify critical business opportunities and solutions to drive growth, improve performance, and lead team to achieve goals
Adapt to change, adjust plans, seek growth opportunities, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting
Align others around company purpose, facilitate team culture promoting caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride
Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
Greet customers courteously in-store and at drive-thru
Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
Answer telephone with warm, friendly greeting and request help as needed to maximize satisfaction
Remove obstacles to improve customer experiences
Perform approved register transactions (cash, check, charge) and bag merchandise
Engage customers to create heartfelt, personalized moments
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company standards
