Requirements

  • US Non-Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate
  • Successfully passed FPGEE and TOEFL
  • Complete required US Internship hours within 18 months
  • Prepared to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing internship hours

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and services at register and over phone; solve or escalate patient problems
  • Offer to counsel, field medical questions, and solicit patient medical history information for optimal care under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and call prescribers to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
  • Maintain highest level of self-awareness and provide in-the-moment coaching, training
