Requirements

US Non-Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate
Successfully passed FPGEE and TOEFL
Complete required US Internship hours within 18 months
Prepared to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing internship hours

Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and services at register and over phone; solve or escalate patient problems
Offer to counsel, field medical questions, and solicit patient medical history information for optimal care under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and call prescribers to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
Maintain highest level of self-awareness and provide in-the-moment coaching, training
