The role is 2nd shift with general hours of 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday - Friday, flex as needed, with weekends and holidays as required; additional compensation is provided for the 6th and 7th workdays.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Science or related field, 2+ years in food manufacturing with understanding of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOP’s (HACCP certification preferred), basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
