Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, compliance, food safety, EH&S, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or other BI/data visualization tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Background in food safety, pest management, EH&S, or compliance reporting
  • Experience working with compliance, auditing, or regulatory data
  • Familiarity with retail operations and compliance-related processes

Responsibilities

  • Analyze food safety, pest management, and EH&S compliance data to identify trends, risk areas, and recurring issues
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on key compliance and safety metrics, with clear recommendations for corrective action
  • Create visual dashboards and reporting tools that highlight compliance hot spots and prioritize locations for manager travel and store visits
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Compliance, and EH&S, to ensure timely follow-up on identified issues
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring compliance exceptions, escalating insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Provide optics and analytics for special projects tied to food safety, pest control, and EH&S initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards in all reporting and analysis
  • Support the development of long-term strategies for reducing compliance risks across the store fleet
