This role is located onsite at our HQ in Mountain View, CA, and requires willingness to travel 10% of the time.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline, 7+ years in real-time embedded software development (C/C++), 3+ years in technical leadership or people management, and experience with complex hardware-software systems and GNC algorithms.

Strong candidates have demonstrated success scaling teams and maturing processes in high-growth environments, experience with fault-tolerant systems and redundancy management, and full lifecycle DO-178C certification, plus Python for tooling.
