Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and demonstrate experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment, which is preferred but not required. They must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per month and up to 35 hours a week, depending on availability, and have the ability to handle, scan, and move product in a safe and well-organized manner.

Responsibilities

As a Flexer Operations Associate, responsibilities include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving product from vendors and resolving discrepancies, inventory management and re-shelving canceled orders, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, managing waste and spoilage through FIFO practices, contacting customers for substitutions, and working with partner drivers. Flexers will also be called upon to staff facilities during busy hours or to cover teammate time off, and they will handle equipment such as carts and pallet jacks.
