Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, checking that the necessary and mandatory documentation is included in the process and issuance flow, slips, and calculations of insurance operations received from the Profit Center or directly from the broker
  • Compare the agent's/client's request against the underwriter's proposal ensuring that the issuance is made in accordance with the proposal submitted and notifying the underwriting area of any differences
  • Register all the information in the system verifying that it is correctly entered
  • Issue following rules and criteria in accordance with Local Regulatory and compliance
  • Manage with the corresponding areas the information or approvals required
  • Ensure the quality of the target required by the company and SLA within the agreed timeframe
