Responsibilities

  • Greeting drivers on the yard in a timely, friendly manner
  • Performing multi-point walk around inspections of all units
  • Verifying vehicle identification and recording mileage
  • Assessing exterior damage and defects, including condition of tires, frame, and mechanical components
  • Checking oil and coolant levels, air filter restriction, and tire pressure
  • Data entry
  • Ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment that complies with OSHA standards
