Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- CPR/AED certification (company will provide if needed)
- Personal Training certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests, employees, vendors and other visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash and register duties
- Process membership applications
- Retail merchandising and stocking
- Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions
- Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility
- Follow all safety codes
- Assist with events as needed
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations
- Additional duties as assigned
