Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for firmware enhancements and new products is required, along with knowledge of DSP, embedded code, EFI drivers, EFI applications, and BIOS/UEFI.

Responsibilities

The Firmware Engineer will design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of firmware, analyze design requirements, write and execute testing plans, debug code, and lead project teams to develop reliable and high-quality firmware solutions. They will also collaborate with management and development partners, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and represent the firmware engineering team for complex development projects.
