Requirements
Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI), or equivalent, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
Significant proven experience in tax advisory or financial services, with significant exposure to FATCA, CRS, or other automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes
Strong technical knowledge of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements, combined with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and leading compliance or advisory projects, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Tax technology and/or automation skills and experience (a plus)
Responsibilities
Establish yourself as the primary client contact for FATCA and CRS matters, delivering clear, practical advice and building strong, trusted relationships
Lead and manage FATCA/CRS reporting and due diligence projects, ensuring timely, accurate filings and compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement robust client compliance frameworks, conducting readiness assessments and recommending improvements to governance and risk controls
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership by monitoring regulatory developments and supporting training initiatives
Advise clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and compliance strategies
Manage reporting projects and oversee due diligence processes, including data analysis, interpretation, and validation
Design and review compliance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and support audit responses
Prepare technical updates, client communications, and support business development activities
