Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis
  • Strong command of financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting techniques
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably within technology, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and completeness
  • Must be able to commute to the office based in Ridgefield Park, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and mid- to long-term financial plans
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L, cost centers, variance analysis) and develop actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages in compliance with HQ and internal requirements
  • Support corporate reporting to Samsung SDS HQ (Korea), including management commentary and strategic analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and ROI analyses
  • Partner with business unit leaders to support performance tracking, resource planning, and profitability analysis
  • Provide financial insight into pricing, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
  • Support internal business transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement projects
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit standards
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of analysts and coordinators
  • Set team goals, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Promote professional development, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative team culture
  • Liaise between the finance department, HQ, and other internal stakeholders to align strategic goals and execution
