Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (Economics or Finance degree preferred)
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • CPA, CFM, CMA, or other financial designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution of the team’s critical deliverables, including materials for executive team, QBR decks, Board meeting documents, and various ad-hoc assignments
  • Ensures precise, clear, and consistent approaches to financial modeling and other team processes; offers counterpoints and recommendations to guide the team toward substantive improvements
  • Supports the ideation process and shapes storytelling within the team’s executive presentations; validates story and content alignment with all relevant business unit P&R teams
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the corporate P&L and business unit P&R teams across the organization, providing clarifications on topics such as Forecast, capital deployment, and capital generation
  • Assists the team in executing a cyclical calendar of deliverables with foresight and meticulous planning, considering the impact on multiple teams
  • Formulates and implements strategies to optimize team processes and enhance communication on key frameworks
  • Engages in special projects and performs additional duties as assigned
  • Serves as the primary liaison and strategic thought leader for enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders; synthesizes critical inputs and insights to craft a unified, compelling narrative on financial performance that drives alignment and informed decision-making
