The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, working closely with various departments to manage budgets, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. This includes assisting with the annual budget process, preparing financial reports and forecasts, supporting monthly financial closing activities, contributing to ERP system customizations, and analyzing investment opportunities for new projects and capital expenditures. They will also monitor and assess the performance of accounting personnel, generate reports, and support investments in new projects.
