Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of experience in finance and/or accounting, along with an advanced understanding of the FP&A function within a finance organization and extensive experience with three statement financials and associated modeling. Preferred experience includes client service in top professional services firms such as the Big 4 or large regional firms.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Manager, the candidate will lead and support project teams engaged in Business Transformation initiatives, aligning finance with business strategy and helping clients’ financial and business decisions. They will develop finance strategies by assessing business challenges, diagnosing root problems, and recommending solutions, as well as provide best-in-class business partnering support, deliver quality reports and analysis, identify and support CFGI business development initiatives, and maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations across the digital and finance landscape.
