Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of experience in finance and/or accounting, along with an advanced understanding of the FP&A function within a finance organization and extensive experience with three statement financials and associated modelling. Preferred experience includes client service in top professional services firms such as the Big 4 or large regional firms.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Manager, the candidate will lead and support project teams engaged in Business Transformation initiatives, helping clients’ finance organization with modeling, budgeting and forecasting, interim management, and high-impact transactions like restructuring, sell-side diligence, and M&A integration. They will also develop finance strategies by assessing client needs, providing best-in-class business partnering support, delivering quality reports and analysis, identifying opportunities, supporting business development initiatives, and maintaining an understanding of technological advancements.
