Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing, coordinating, and participating in the daily transaction flow (Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger)
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all accounting transactions and processes
  • Serving as the primary point of control for resolving accounting transaction discrepancies and transactional issues
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining of accounting processes
  • Identifying areas of financial and operational risk and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and the annual planning process
  • Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Assisting in domestic and international accounting operations as required
