Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Less than one (1) year of related experience (one (1) or more years preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform key job accountabilities may be considered
Excellent math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Excel
JDE experience a plus
Able to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate account balances
Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements
Prepare reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of parts contribution and other material analysis
Provide pricing support (BOM download and common component cost entry, entering valid assembly pricing, and maintain component cost fields in ERP system) for effective and efficient production assembly pricing
Purchase price variance approval and revision in partnership with procurement and finance teams
