The Financial Analyst II requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of progressive experience in Finance. Advanced English proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential, as well as experience with financial systems and tools such as OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView. Experience working with system details and summarizing large amounts of information, including variances to budget and forecast, is also needed.
This role involves supporting monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications, preparing monthly management reports, and handling ad hoc revenue/cost reporting and analysis requests. The Financial Analyst II will standardize and create efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis models, conduct in-depth analysis of cost and headcount movements, researching variances across systems, and analyzing operating results to interpret data and investigate variances. They will also improve reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation while maintaining service level agreements and performance metrics.
