Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of financial reporting and analysis experience
Oracle experience (preferred)
CPA certification (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in PC skills and expert in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Power BI (advantage)
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and be result-oriented
Proactive, a good team player, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Support financial analysis for Regional and Business Unit performance (Sales top-lines, KPIs)
Assist in variance analysis against forecast, budget, and expenditure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data
Prepare management business review package and analysis
Participate in and coordinate monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the APAC Components business
Partner with business leaders for cost evaluation and financial modeling
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
